Shipping Policy
We aim to get your Chowie order to you as quickly as possible. We currently ship only within Australia using Australia Post.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping – Free for orders of $60 and over. For orders under $60, a flat rate of $10 applies. Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping – $15, or free for orders of $120 and over. Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or peak periods.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
All orders come with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you need further assistance, contact us at hello@chowiedog.com.
Chowie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out to Australia Post.
